Hi, I’m Sarah

she/hers; therapist, coffee lover, and outdoorist

I support my clients in overcoming trauma, cultivating intimacy, forging healthy relationships with sex/uality, and deconstructing social narratives in order to live a fulfilling and connected life. I work with individuals and within relationships; romantic couples, polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous partnerships, friends, and family are all welcome here.

My mission is to provide a safe, inclusive practice that centers and affirms non-traditional frameworks, counternarratives, LGBTQIA+ identities, and queer, feminist theories. Together we can seek to unpack the harm done by systems of oppression in order to shed the “shoulds” and live your most connected life.

Individual Therapy

Attachment-based individual counseling services specializing in anxiety, attachment injuries, and identity exploration. LGBTQIA+ affirming and allied.

Relationship Therapy

An affirming approach to relationships, both intimate and platonic, of two or more. Non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships supported.

Sex Therapy

A non-judgmental, sex-positive approach for physical and emotional issues regarding sex, intimacy, and sexuality. Kink/BDSM and sex worker affirming.

Intimacy comes in all forms.

At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in the healing power of intimacy and connection. Intimacy - so often partnered with sex - can look so many different ways. By identifying intimacy gaps or sensations of disconnection, together we can work to integrate aspects of the Self to fuel a deeply connected life.

As an attachment-oriented therapist, I know how important the relationship between therapist and client can be in the healing process.
